  • Course Description

    We aim to cover the content of Leaving Certificate Biology to the highest possible standard. We will take the student on a journey from the smallest unit of a living organism to the largest living things exploring their cellular structure and genetics together with their reproduction, nervous, endocrine and skeletal systems. We will examine their enzymes, how they gain nutrition and produce energy through Respiration and describe how they interact with the planet they inhabit. We will provide leaving cert exam paper practice and students will have a complete set of invaluable course notes used by previous 625 Leaving Cert point recipients.

  • What is the goal of this course?

    We aim to ensure student proficiency in the knowledge of LC Biology and achieve the highest possible points in-class tests and the terminal exam all the while inspiring a love of Biology.

  • What will the student learn from doing your course?

    The student will have gained an in-depth understanding of all living things and be proficient in describing and answering Leaving Certificate questions to the highest standard in order to achieve maximum points.
